IAP Personnel

Dr. Ondrej Santolik is active in physics of plasmas and in spacecraft data analysis and interpretation with a focus on plasma waves and related processes. He is the head of the Department of Space Physics at IAP and associate professor at the Charles University in Prague. He is a Chair of Commission H of the International Union of Radio Science and a member of the Solar System Exploration Working Group - the advisory committee of ESA on Solar System Science. He is a Co-Investigator on the ESA/Cluster and NASA/RBSP missions. Recent research topics include both linear and nonlinear wave emissions in space plasmas and their interaction with plasma medium and energetic particles. Author or co-author of more than 140 refereed scientific papers. He will coordinate the efforts at IAP and develop the wave VLF model and studies of VLF wave-particle interactions.

Dr. Benjamin Grison is active in spacecraft data analysis, interpretation and modeling, he will help with implementation of ULF models and wave particle interactions.

Dr. Jan Soucek has experience in spacecraft data analysis and interpretation, he will help with scientific analysis of electron distribution functions.

Dr. Jaroslav Chum has experience in spacecraft engineering and data analysis, he will help with ray tracing analysis.

Ms. Eva Macusova is active in spacecraft data analysis, she will help with VLF wave models, analysis and case studies.

Ms. Ivana Kolmasova is active in spacecraft engineering and data analysis, she will help with the VLF database and studies of wave-particle interactions.

Ms. Zuzana Hrbackova has experience in spacecraft data analysis, she will help with VLF wave models.
